Join us on Saturday 8/26 at 8 a.m. to meet new neighbors, reacquaint yourself with folks you know, and connect with PVNA Board members and volunteers while we give some love to the roadside weeds around Seneca Park. The park is located at 3701 E. Seneca St., at Seneca and Dodge, diagonally across the intersection from Catalina High School.
We will be weed whacking the buffelgrass on the roadside and pulling up or trimming taller weeds. The park is planted with native vegetation which we will not trim or disturb. Trash bags will be provided. If there are lots of us, we'll fan out around the park to pick up trash.
Please bring sun protection, water, gloves, a bucket and a trash grabber if you have one.
Bring weeding tools if you’d like to be on weeding duty. We will have several weed whackers but more are welcome. We look forward to seeing you there!
